This flowers are painted on white cloth

This type of painting is called "Upper Shading" where simple brush strokes are used without applying pressure or completely filling the design.
So the upper part gets coloured and the inner part gets light strokes for example the blue flower in the image.
For the yellow and orange flower :- first the flower is filled with yellow colour then the orange strokes are given.
